Am I missing somethig here, when it's my move,and I offer a draw and my opponent
declines ,we both play on. After playing another three moves the position changed, I
think to my advantage, but my opponent took up my previous offer, the game finished a draw,with me not having the right to decline. This is not in keeping within the rule of the game. Am I missing some thing???
